Paradise Beach Club with Dunns River Falls
  Excursion Description Activity Level : Easy
 
Enjoy the invigorating experience of climbing the World Famous Dunn’s River Falls before heading to Paradise Beach for fun in the sun on a beautiful white sand beach, with unlimited food, drinks and entertainment!. On this excursion you will:
 
  Be transported to Dunn’s River Falls .
 
Climb 600 feet of cool refreshing water as it cascades over natural limestone terraces and plunges into the pristine Caribbean Sea.
 
After this invigorating experience you will be transported, through the small town of Ocho Rios to Paradise Beach for food, drinks, fun and entertainment.
 
Listen to the sweet rhythms of reggae music, played by a Live DJ
  Relax on complimentary beach chairs and bask in the warmth of the Caribbean Sun. 
 
Enjoy walking along the beautiful white sand beach looking for sea shells.
  Take a dip in the Crystal Clear Caribbean Sea.
  Delight in our Jamaican Grill of Hamburgers, Hotdogs, Jamaican Jerk Chicken and Festival while you enjoy unlimited Jamaican Rum Punch, Fruit Punch, Beer, Sodas and Water.
  Enjoy spectacular views of the ships in port. 
  Enjoy the cool shade of the sprawling Almond Trees that line the sea shore.
  Play a spirited game of Beach Volleyball.
  Watch as our Jamaican dancers, dressed in their colorful costumes, show you how to dance like a “true Jamaican”.
  Then be transported to Taj Mahal and shop for unique souvenirs before returning to your awaiting ship.
Note: This excursion is not recommended for guests with walking difficulties due to the number of stops requiring embarkation of transfer equipment and walking on inclined pathways. Dress warmly in layers and wear comfortable walking shoes. The Libby Cannery is a historic site and no longer a working cannery. Excursion may run in reverse order.

Chukka Dune Buggy
  Excursion Description Activity Level : Moderate
 
Rugged, bumpy, dusty and dirty are just a few words to describe this exciting trip to the mountains!   On this excursion you will :  
 
 
Take a 30-minute transfer from the pier to the Chukka Cove Farm, your dune buggy adventure begins after a brief orientation.  
 
Climb into your “buggy for two” and set off on a trip across the historical old sugar fields with titles dating back to the 1600’s.  
 
See the remains of the sugar factory in the distance which stand as evidence of its former glory.  
  Ride through the underpass which leads you to the lush green hills of the Chester community.  
  Make your way up into the rural Jamaican countryside; watch out for rare birds that can only be seen in their natural habitat. 
  Enjoy views of the coastline and the surrounding areas with a telescope from the top of the mountain, 1,200 ft above sea level. 
 
Capture the beautiful scenery on camera while you relax here and enjoy complimentary refreshments.  .
  Hop into your buggy and make the descent back to the farm to view your photos, browse the gift shop or visit the Jerk Hut and the Final Chukka Bar where you can purchase Jamaican fare and refreshing drinks. 
Note: Minimum age is 6 years; maximum weight is 265 per person.  Guests wishing to drive must be 18 years or older present a valid driver’s license.  Two guests per dune buggy.  Guests must be able to drive dune buggy on rough terrain.  Pregnant women and guests with back/neck injuries are not permitted on this excursion.  Helmet provided; closed-toe shoes are required.  Storage locker rental.
